One of our associates will visit your establishment and make inquiries to purchase a new car. The visit will be assessed using our CPSM methodology - This refers to the Cleanliness of the premises both inside and out. The maintenance of the premises again both from an external and internal perspective. The products assessed will be graded on several criteria including but not limited to, presentation and availability. The visit will also be critiqued on the service that our associates receive including speed, attentiveness and manners. Your assessor will be sure to test the majority of your facilities and provide the appropriate feedback on the CPSM form.
