On-site Assessment 

One of our associates will visit your establishment and stay for either 1 or 2 nights whichever option you feel suits best. The visit will be assessed using our CPSM methodology - This refers to the Cleanliness of the premises both inside and out. The maintenance of the premises again both from an external and internal perspective. The products purchased will be graded on several criteria including but not limited to quality, presentation and availability. The visit will also be critiqued on the service that our associates receive including speed, attentiveness and manners. Your assessor will be sure to test the majority of your facilities and provide the appropriate feedback on the CPSM form. 

CPSM - Cleanliness - Product - Service & Maintenance.

Staying for 1 Night - Cost - $275.00 (plus the cost of the accommodation) this includes a minimum on-site spend of $75.00
Staying for 2 Nights - Cost - $499.00 (plus the cost of the accommodation) this includes a minimum on-site spend of $150.00

Phone Assessment

One of our associates will make a phone enquiry regarding the booking of some dates for accommodation. The Associate can assess any subject matter you should so wish including, special offers, mention of facilities or any other information you require your team to share with potential phone enquiry customers.  

Your staff membe
r will be assessed on general manners and professionalism, the helpfulness of the information given and the knowledge of the establishments facilities. 

Cost - $99.00 - This includes the initial call and a follow up enquiry.




Email Assessment

 One of our associates will make an email enquiry regarding booking some dates for accommodation and have questions in regards to the facilities. The associate can
 assess any subject matter you should so wish including, special offers, mention of facilities or any other information you require your team to share with potential customers.  

Your staff member will be assessed on general manners and professionalism, communication skills the helpfulness of the information given and the knowledge of the establishments facilities. 

Cost - $99.00 - This includes the initial call and two follow up emails.
